Children’s Coloring Exhibition

Let your kids Dazzle us with their coloring skills and have some fun to win a brand new bike!

Contest rules:

1. Limited to two age groups (Winner of each age group gets a bike).
   • Under 7 years old
   •  7-12 years old
2. Name form must be completed fully and legibly on the reverse side of the coloring page.
3. Pages must be returned to Rexburg Medical Clinic no later than April 24th.

Come into Rexburg Medical Clinic during business hours and pick up these Spring/ Easter themed coloring pages to let your kids begin. Winners to be announced on April 28th.
